How many months 'warranty do you offer?

Our products are guaranteed for 24 months. The length of the warranty depends on the nature of the product.

What should I do if the product is of poor quality/does not fit?

Under normal circumstances, if there is any quality problem, please return the goods or purchase within 14 days, the return cost is responsible for the buyer. Please contact our customer support for more details.

What should I do if I choose to return it for a full refund or exchange?


Please contact our customer support team before returning a product. Return items should include original packaging and all accessories. Please ensure that the items are not vandalized. Otherwise, the refund/exchange request will be rejected. Remember to sign your RMA# on the proper side of the package. Or we will not accept your return.
