About Technology
he IC697MDL250 Discrete Input Module by GE Fanuc has 32 points comprised of four isolated groups, which ensures each group of eight points can be used on a different AC supply phase. This 120 VAC module is equipped with a 20 ms input filter and is proximity switch compatible.The IC697MDL250 module’s reactive input is in accordance with IEC standard type 2. Additionally, input characteristics work with a vast number of available proximity switches. LEDs indicate ON-OFF status for each point on the logic/PLC side of the circuit and are easily located at the top of the module. The IC697MDL250 module is mechanically keyed to guarantee appropriate replacement with a similar field type. I/O references are user-configurable eliminating the need for jumpers or DIP switches. Configuration is completed via MS-DOS or Windows programming software, and the configuration function is already installed on the device
